Got a puppy dog curled up next to me, rainshowers coming through in between blue skies, dahlia tubers on my steps waiting for me to divide and store them. There are things you know are good but you have to be able to enjoy and let go, because you can't keep anything forever. And having experienced the lack of something does make you - I fucking hate this word - cherish it more when you've got it.
