- The piano I grew up playing is out of tune, half a step flat, and as you go lower it gets flatter and flatter, so what I think is middle C is really B, and when I play something I sort of have to imagine that it's in tune. It's close to being in tune, just not quite. I think maybe this is why I like Sonic Youth so much. p.s. Book Club meeting soon.
