()()()()() The other day when I was walking to school I saw a kid riding a BMX bike. He was carrying crutches. I looked at him again. He only had one leg. I was pleased that, not only was this kid riding a bike, but he was also wearing shorts. He wasn't trying to hide behind pants. He hadn't let his lack of leg bring him down. He may have lost a leg, but he hadn't lost his spirit. Many people are self-conscious about themselves for silly things and they shouldn't be. It's a lot easier and faster to peddle a bike with one leg than to hop to school on crutches.
