- In August I ran 10 miles total, then the first weekend of September I did two 3-mile runs = 16 miles total from the middle of July until last weekend. If my toe is behaving itself I want to do another 50 next spring but without the big ol' training plan. I mean obviously I'd have to train and get some miles on my feet, but I still want to see how well I'd do with boxing being my main training. I think it would be fiiiiiiiine. The puppy and I went for a hike tonight in the hills. It was cold and windy, and then the stupid sun went down on us. Happy solstice!
