- Hot. Tired. Rode 54 miles today, with a couple mis-starts. Was hotter than a mother at the end - next week we do 72 and will try to start earlier. Tired and hungry right now - wish I could take out my contacts, eat some cereal, and go to bed, but I'm meeting someone in an hour. And it's too hot anyway. So I'll go get a beer and a burger, listen to loud blabbermouth, and come home after it's cooled down a bit. Not sure I mentioned it, but I'm tired and hot. And August starts tomorrow - eek.
