- Just got back from looking at the apartment - the rent is insane (I'd be able to afford some new clothes!), the location is insane (I could walk everywhere!), the roommate is nice and says he sweeps the floor (even if he is a dude), I think it would be good. Downside: kind of small bedroom and not much storage space, but I could afford to keep my storage unit. Anyway, I kind of think it might work. We'll see. It's right across the street from the ice cream shop! Etc.
