- I think I have food allergies, so I'm going off wheat, corn, and rice for the weekend. I know two days won't do much but it's all I can commit to. If it goes okay I'll extend it. My problem with elimination diets is figuring out the specific things I can eat, rather than just figuring out what I can't. So far things are going well. Today I've had oatmeal and tea. For lunch I'll have eggs and snausage. For dinner I'll have peas or something. And ice cream? Also I have Raynaud's disease. I should put in my contacts or else I won't do anything at all today.
