- Everyone in Seattle is from somewhere else. We all came here looking for something and when we don't find it here we try to blame the city. So what do we do. We can give up and settle and settle into a life like the good obedient soccer mom we all have in us. Or we can go find another city and maybe what we're looking for is there. Or we can struggle through this and cry and cry and realize that what we were looking for isn't really what we want to find. Either way, however it goes, it's difficult, this life.
