Guess who is realizing that, once you've decided you're going to drop out of school at the end of this year, it's a lot easier to blow it off. Guess who has bit off all her fingernails again. Guess whose cat is one of the cutest, smartest, and funniest cats in the world. Guess who originally typed all the above sentences with question marks, but then realized that they're not questions, they're commands. It's not "Guess who?", it's "I command you to guess who".
