NBA has no defense! It was becoming springtime, but then while I was out at the gym this morning it started blizzarding. So, oh well. The reason the winter came back is that it knows I need to change the lightbulb in my headlight and I ain't got no garage. I've run four out of the last five days - beer run on Wednesday, treadmill testing on Thursday, 5K yesterday, and 3K time trial today. I feel good (now - my ovaries were unhappy last week) but plan to rest Monday and Tuesday. Muscle biopsy on Tuesday! Eek! I saw some other people's biopsy incisions today and they look totally fine. Cooking and cleaning today. Watching Lakers/Celtics. Shaq is a Celtic now? Weird.
