There's this guy who works for CNBC who's going from the Today Show to CNBC and now he's being interviewed by Tom Brokaw. He's all covered in ash and dust. He finally took off his jacket, so his clothes look clean, but the top of his head is still covered with white dust. He's been on TV now for three hours, but still he hasn't wiped off his head. On CNBC he was talking about how this will probably be good for markets like gold, silver, and platinum. Yes, they were talking about the stock market.

Most of the channels on TV are either showing news or have stopped broadcasting completely. All but MTV, proving that it is, indeed, "music" television. The music must go on.

That was sarcasm. It's odd that MTV is actually showing videos right now. Even VH1 is streaming CBS news.

This has been the weirdest morning. I'm going to turn off the TV in a few minutes and go for a long walk.
