- Apparently people are buying up all the toilet paper again. Apparently we learned nothing from the last time everyone bought up all the toilet paper. It's a panic of our own creation. But - maybe it's nice for us to have something like this to panic about, so that we don't have to think about the more serious things. Also, though, note the word "apparently". We also apparently like to believe the worst of ourselves, and we like to spread unsubstantiated rumors. So maybe we aren't buying up all the toilet paper again, we just like to say that we are, and here I am spreading the rumor on the internet. But guys, I just got back from Costco, where they once again have a sign with a list of things they are out of, and one of those things is DR PEPPER! NO DR PEPPER!
